Multi-Family Office Hires Ex Barclays Wealth Americas MD

US-based multi-family office Bessemer Trust has appointed a former senior manager for Barclays Wealth, Holly Isdale, as deputy head of Family Wealth Advisory Services and managing director. Ms Isdale reports to William Forsyth, senior fiduciary counsel, and is responsible for the development and coordinated delivery of wealth advisory services and family wealth management solutions to
Ms Isdale was a managing director at Barclays Wealth and Lehman Brothers prior to joining Bessemer; she was responsible for establishing client relationships at the centi-millionaire level and above, in addition to building and leading their wealth advisory offering. Previously, she was a managing director at Goldman Sachs, where she led the creation of their strategic wealth advisory team and worked closely with high net worth individuals. Ms Isdale left Barclays Wealth a month ago for undisclosed reasons. She will not be replaced as Barclays Wealth in the

Mr Elliot said that the company had a record year in 2008 with regard to adding new clients and assets, and that interest among prospective clients remains high. Founded in 1907, Bessemer Trust is a wealth management and investment advisory firm that focuses exclusively on high net worth families and their foundations and endowments. The firm oversees more than $50 billion in assets.
